Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • Your return request is made within an hour of receiving your goods.

    • For order with COD, your return request must be made immediate during delivery of order. You must return the parcel to the delivery

    • upon approval of your return request. You may have to pay delivery charge in order to return the parcel.
    • The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.

    • You have the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable for hygiene and clearance reasons:

    • Sale or clearance items marked “Final Sale”

    • Accessories (e.g., Bruce, Hijab Pin)

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

    • Contact our customer support at +880 1914 471747 with your order number, item(s) to be returned, and reason for return.

    • Wait for our team to confirm your return request and provide return instructions.

    • Send the item(s) back to the provided return address.

Note: Do not send items back without prior authorization.

Return Shipping Costs

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or sent in error.

    • We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will:

    • Notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size or item, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately in presence of courier representative with:

    • A description of the issue

    • Clear photos showing the problem

    • Your order number

We will offer a replacement or full refund, depending on the situation.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

    • Check your bank account or credit card again.

    • Contact your payment provider; it may take additional time before your refund is officially posted.
