Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes — you’ll receive the same design, fabric, and quality shown in our photos. Please note, colors may appear slightly different due to lighting and screen settings. As many items are hand-finished, tiny variations can occur. If you receive the wrong item or find a manufacturing issue, contact us immediately within an hour after you receive the goods for a replacement or exchange as per our policy.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Your sales receipt is sent automatically to the email address you provide during checkout. You can also view and download it anytime from your account dashboard under “My Orders”“Order Details”.

How can I return an item?

You can return items immediately to the delivery man during delivery. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact. To initiate a return, contact our customer support. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange as per our policy.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Some items may be restocked, while others may not. Restocking depends on availability and demand. We recommend subscribing to checking the product page regularly for updates. You may also follow us on our social media pages to get continuous update. 

Where can I ship my order?

We currently ship within Bangladesh. Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. For any special requests or international shipping inquiries, contact our customer support.
