Thank you for shopping with Hayasoph! Below are our delivery terms to help you understand how and when you’ll receive your order.

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 business day after your payment is confirmed and for the COD, order process time remain same upon order confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During high-volume sales or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Methods and Times

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping 1-3 Business days. (Most common, budget friendly)
  • Express Shipping same day delivery. (Faster option for urgent orders)
  • International Shipping 7-21 Business days. (Delivery time varies by country)

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or external factors.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Shipping method selected
  • Total weight of the order

We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated on our website.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation message with a tracking number and tracking link. You can follow the delivery progress directly through the carrier’s website.

Delivery Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier issues
  • Customs inspections (for international orders)
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are:

  • The responsibility of the customer
  • Not included in our prices or shipping fees
  • Collected upon delivery by the customs office or shipping provider

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for:

  • Packages sent to the wrong address provided at checkout
  • Failed delivery attempts due to absence or address issues
  • Lost packages caused by incorrect information

If an item is returned to us due to failed delivery, you may be required to pay for re-shipment.

Cancellation Policy

At Hayasoph, we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, please read the following guidelines carefully.

Order Cancellation Window

You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided the order has not been processed or shipped.

  • If your order has not been shipped yet, we will process the cancellation and issue a full refund.
  • If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may return the item in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

How to Cancel an Order?

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with the following:

  • Your Order Number
  • The email address & contact number used for the order
  • Reason for cancellation (optional)

Non-Cancellable Orders

We cannot cancel orders under the following circumstances:

  • The item has already been shipped
  • The product is custom-made or personalized
  • The item was purchased as part of a final sale or promotional offer marked “non-refundable” or “no cancellations”

Refunds for Canceled Orders

  • Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method.
  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Right to Cancel by Hayasoph

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Suspected fraud or payment issues
  • Incorrect pricing or listing errors
  • Product unavailability or stock issues

In such cases, you will be notified and issued a full refund.
